Software Quality Assurance/Tester

Responsibilities

* Test custom software in a project based environment * Interact with
IS team members and internal customers to ensure quality in
development and establish best practices for testing * Lead testing
initiatives and coordinate internal resources on testing activities *
Team player on custom software projects

Required Skills

* It’s very important the candidate is highly organized and
responsible with great with follow-through * Experience with software
quality assurance practices with Windows and web-based software *
Skilled in providing great customer service

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)

· At least 3 years prior experience testing custom software in a
project based environment
