* Expert in full-lifecycle application development and integration of
complex, disparate systems;
* Strong strategic analysis and critical thinking skills;
* Strong ability to provide guidance and mentoring to application
development team and other technical teams;
* Superior communication skills.

Responsibilities:
* Provide domain expertise in database architecture and application
design for performance tuning to database analysts and project
teams;
* Assist project teams with fixing database performance problems;
* Provide knowledge transfer and technical mentoring to client staff.
