REQUIREMENTS:
Several years' experience working as an agent - either registered or equivalence in related industry.
Must have B.Sc. (min/ M.Sc. or PH.D. better) in life science area.
Experience in USA, CAN, other patent requirements.
Well able to do the proper molecular searches.
DESCRIPTION:
Searches, applications, committees, reporting.
Database, disclosure responsibilities.
Ability to work with others, helping them to recognize what IP is and attendant issues are.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Relocation available.
