CLINICALTRIALS MANAGER to $100K PhD Calgary or Vancouver

Clinical Trial Delivery Manager, $ 90-100 K, British Columbia
This position will lead the study delivery team and manage clinical
trials from the planning to final study deliverable to the agreed time,
budget and scope. The role leads the local study delivery team, coaches
team members on performing study tasks, approves team members and
assigns study tasks to team members. In this vein, the role assesses
performance of team members and provides feedback while maintaining,
strengthening and developing key relationships cross functionally within
the department and with external customers.

Other duties include writing and coordinating feedback and finalizing
protocol/amendments for central studies as well as attending global
investigator and monitor training meetings. You should have experience
providing documents for submission to TPD and provide response to
Regulatory for questions from TPD.
Performing patient evaluations and ongoing review of primary outcome
data for local studies is required experience. Input, review and approve
data management/statistical analysis plans for local studies is also
part of the mandate. You will be finalizing all information for Clinical
Reports, Manuscripts, abstracts and posters.

Study Management is a large element of this position, your input into
defining the initial scope and timelines of the study is crucial as well
your input into CRC responses. Performing operational feasibility
based on draft protocol and experience renegotiating study scope and
commitment is important. You should have strong experience with Project
management of clinical studies, change management, study management
metrics, status reports, communication planning and more.

The role will be in charge of Final site selection, study and country
level recruitment and strategies. You will be involved in final
approval for CRO/Vendor selection as well approving CRO contracts.
You will review study results of the Site Monitoring Facility QC checks
and co-ordinate the follow up.

You MUST HAVE;

At least 5 years of Clinical Research experience.
Knowledge of Clinical research methodology.

Communication and attention to detail are the two most crucial traits to
be successful in this role.

Salary is in the $90-100K range,
